Xmas 2021 (copy 01)

Gifts for your loved ones 🌲

Meaningful Gifts

The choices that we make in life impact the world around us. This responsibility is fundamental to traditional Indigenous lifeways. When you purchase art and jewellery made by Native artists you are actively supporting Indigenous communities and caring for Mother Earth. All of the work that we carry at Rainmaker Gallery is meaningful, sustainable and beautiful.

The finely crafted jewellery depicted above is designed and made by Chris Pruitt from Laguna Pueblo. The desert dwelling Pueblo tribes of the Southwest frequently reference water in their designs. Water is life and symbols of rain can be found in each of these exquisite items of wearable art.

The adorable bear carvings are made by artists from the Zuni Pueblo tribe. Bears are associated with healing and introspection. Their ability to hibernate reminds us to live in harmony with the seasons and the natural world that we are part of.

Let's give meaningful gifts this Christmas!
